画家・平松麻がマッチ箱に描く小さな絵画を集めたアートブック第2弾。

いま平松麻が引きつけられる色「赤」を用いた作品を中心に、100点以上のマッチ箱を掲載。静かな緊張感のある、謎に満ちたミステリーのような一冊に。翻訳家・柴田元幸が書き下ろしたショートストーリーを日・英版で収録。

限定1000部発行、エディションナンバー入り。A5版、32ページ。

The second volume of an art book featuring tiny paintings created on matchboxes by painter Asa Hiramatsu.

Centered aroung works using the color red — a color that currently fascinates the artist — this colume includes more than 100 matchbox paintings. The result is a book filled with quiet tension, unfolding like a mysterious and enigmatic story.
Also includes newly written short stories in both Japanese and English by translator Motoyuki Shibata.

Limited edition of 1,000 copies, each individually numbered with an edition number. A5 size, 32 pages.

In Japan, it is available through SWITCH PUBLISHING's online store, and in New York, it can be purchased at SEIZAN GALLERY.
